Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you received the incorrect item or feel your item is defective, please email us within 3 days upon delivery date. Please be sure to attach any photos.

Each package is insured (up to $100) and if you would like a higher amount, please email us prior to placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the respective carrier as we are not responsible for their actions once it is in their possession. 


Exchanges/Refunds
We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds unless an item is defective.
